I’m here to ditch the all-or-nothing approach and show you how to build real habits that actually fit into your life—chaos, toddler tantrums and all.

This isn’t about 'bouncing back' or being perfect. It’s about finding balance, building confidence, and finally making this health thing stick—for good.

So your plan evolves as you do. I’ll be right there with you to tweak things, answer questions, and keep you moving forward, even when things feel messy.
You’ll never be left to figure it out on your own.

✨ 3 Things You Should Know About Me

1. I don’t live in the gym—and you don’t have to either.
I’m a mum first, coach second. I’m usually juggling snacks, negotiating with a toddler, and squeezing workouts into the chaos—just like you. My training style is short, effective, and built for real life (not fitness fantasy land).

2. I believe carbs, chocolate, and lasagna all belong in a healthy diet.
Restriction culture? Nope. Not here. I teach mums how to enjoy the foods they love while losing fat, boosting energy, and feeling like themselves again—with my signature 'Pick and Mix' approach.

3. I’ve lived through the frustration of trying to ‘get healthy’ in a world that makes it confusing AF.
Between managing ulcerative colitis, becoming a mum, and ditching diet BS for good—I’ve built an approach that’s simple, sustainable, and actually works. No extremes, no pressure. Just balance.
