My face-to-face Personal Training might be for you!

 

We do things a little differently around here.
For starters, only focusing on intense weight loss or purely aesthetics just isn’t my cuppa tea. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all for helping you become your strongest & most empowered self… but that doesn’t mean fixating on your weight, looks or food. 

 

At the end of the day, quick fixes are just that. Quick and usually not long lasting.

 

My mission is to take a holistic approach to your lifestyle and training, ensuring that you actually learn to take care of your body, educate yourself and skyrocket your overall health (beyond the scales)

 

Any changes in your shape or body are just a side effect to getting your mind into a healthy rhythm, ya know? 

 

My biggest intention will always be to encourage a safe, judgment- free environment where you feel comfortable to show up exactly as you are—and I think I’ve done a pretty banging job!

In our PT sessions I'll be there to guide you to:
  • Cultivate a healthy relationship with food (say goodbye to obsessive calorie counting and toxic diet culture and hello to intuitive eating!)

  • Actually learn to lift and train safely—from ensuring your technique is on point, to getting comfortable as a gym regular

  • Find a program that makes you feel so good about yourself and fits sustainably into your routine, whatever that may be

  • Strengthen your body image so you can begin to feel like a strong and fit Queen! 

  • Forget about hyperfocusing on the scales, and begin to look for progress cues in other ways
